Q2 2024 iOS Shooter Games Performance in the US: Sensor Tower Report

As the second quarter of 2024 comes to a close, Sensor Tower provides an insightful look into the performance of top shooter games on the iOS platform in the US. The following games have shown varying trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

PUBG MOBILE experienced a decline in both revenue and downloads throughout the quarter, starting at $56.7K and 1.2M downloads at the beginning of April, dipping to $20.8K and 711K downloads by the end of June. The weekly active users also saw a gradual decrease from 17.3K to 15.1K.

Hunting Sniper: Showdown had a fluctuating revenue trend, peaking at $3.6K in the first week of April and dropping to $446 by late June. Downloads followed a similar pattern, with an initial 1.1M downloads reducing to 246K. Weekly active users started at 3.9K and decreased to 3.1K over the period.

For Sniper 3D: Gun Shooting Games, revenue saw a high point of $711 in late April, which later settled at $384 by the quarter's end. Downloads began at 618K and ended at 304K. Weekly active users showed a decline from 3.5K in the first week to 2.2K by the final week.

Star Wars: Hunters™, a new entrant launched in June, garnered $526 in its first week and closed the month with $387. Downloads were strong at the start with 2M, but saw a decline to 612K. Weekly active users had a notable increase from 1.6K to a peak of 3.1K, before ending at 2.5K.

Lastly, Zooba: Zoo Battle Royale Games saw revenue trends drop from $1.3K to $600 throughout the quarter. Downloads started at 339K and showed a slight increase to 454K before descending to 301K. Weekly active users began at 4.5K, reached a high of 4.6K, and concluded the quarter at 3.7K.
